As an important raw material of honeycomb core, aluminum foil has a great influence on the quality and service life of honeycomb core. 5052 honeycomb aluminum foil is generally in H18 temper with good shape, no black wires, no bright lines, and no pinholes.
The aluminum honeycomb core material is processed and manufactured by aluminum foil and special honeycomb node glue on the aluminum honeycomb core production line. The factors affecting the performance of honeycomb core materials mainly include parameters such as aluminum foil, node glue and honeycomb core specifications.
Since 5052 honeycomb aluminum foil is the main raw material of honeycomb core, strict surface treatment should be carried out during the processing. Epoxy modified high temperature curing adhesive should be used for node adhesive, which can not only provide sufficient bonding strength but also have excellent environmental resistance and high and low temperature resistance.
1. Good plate shape. Our production line is equipped with a shape controller to monitor the shape in real time. The following tension leveling process does the secondary correction of plate shape.
2. High strength. It is not easy to deform after processing. The end face is flat, the edge has no burr, and the flatness of the layout is high after adhesive compounding.
3. Clean surface. The special degreasing equipment adopts imported cleaning liquid to ensure that the surface of the aluminum foil stock is free of oil stains. The adhesive is firm, not easy to fall off, and has a long service life.
