The aluminum foil for transformer generally uses 1060, 1070 and 3003 aluminum foils. 1000 and 3000 series aluminum foils are ordinary aluminum plates, and the thickness of aluminum foil used for distribution transformers is generally between 0.02-0.055mm. Because the product production process is relatively simple and the technology is relatively mature, it has a price advantage over 5xxx and 6xxx aluminum alloys.

Among all series, 1000 aluminum foil as the most aluminum content, and its purity is above 99.0%. However, for some aluminum bottle caps with special requirements, the performance of the 1000 aluminum alloys may not meet the standards.
