Cigarette Packing Aluminum Foil

The cigarette packing aluminum foil is mainly used as the inner lining paper of the cigarette box after being compounded with the paper. It has two functions: fragrance preserving and mildew proof.

Aluminum foil can prevent the smell of cigarettes from emitting, and at the same time prevent the smell of cigarettes from eroding other items. Aluminum foil can block moisture and effectively prevent moisture, so as to avoid mildew on cigarettes in humid environments.

8079-O and 1235-O aluminum foil are the two commonly used aluminum foils for cigarette packaging. The typical thickness is 0.006-0.007 mm. Tensile strengthis between 80-90MPa and the pinholes of the 0.006mm aluminum foil is less than 500/mm2. The surface wetting tension should be A grade.

Aluminum foil may not be perfect in the production process, some defects are not easy to see after treatment, and will not have much impact in the early stage of use, but it is not good for the user experience. Therefore, when purchasing, pay attention to whether the cigarette inner packaging foil has pinholes, uneven gloss, bright marks, thickness differences, oil stains, vibration marks, water spots, slits, tension lines, etc.

In the production process, the control of surface and performance mainly includes the following points:

1. First of all, we must control the quality from the source, and strictly inspect the blanks.

2. In the rolling process, the surface quality is controlled by rolls cleaning, roughness controlling, choice of rolling oil, reducing the viscosity of the rolling oil, and controlling the running speed of the machine.

3. In the slitting process, it is necessary to ensure that the edge of the 1235 aluminum foil is neat and tidy during slitting.

4. In the annealing process, the annealing time and annealing temperature are controlled according to the performance requirements of the cigarette foil to ensure clean degreasing.
