It is mainly used in pipes, building roofs and walls as insulation materials, etc. Generally, 3003 aluminum coils with a thickness of 0.4-1.0mm are used for thermal insulation.

1100 aluminum foil is 1 series industrial pure aluminum, which contains more than 99.0% aluminum. It has strong conductivity, good formability, corrosion resistance, low strength, and cannot be strengthened by heat treatment.

Al-Fe-Si element is added to 8011 aluminum foil, with a tensile strength of 125 to 165, a yield strength of 110, and an elongation of 2 to 5. 8011 aluminum alloy is commonly used as aluminum foil, but not commonly used as aluminum plate. It has excellent performance and is a main industrial aluminum foil.
