Aluminium Foil for Air Conditioner

Aluminium foil for air conditioner is a special material for the manufacture of heat exchanger fins for air conditioners. The air-conditioning foil used in the early days was plain foil. Uncoated aluminum foil refers to aluminum foil that has been rolled and annealed without any form of surface treatment.

At present, another popular air conditioner aluminum foil is hydrophlic aluminum foil. Hydrophilic foil is coated with anti-corrosion inorganic coating and hydrophilic organic coating on the surface of aluminum foil, which has the functions of anti-corrosion, anti-mold and no peculiar smell. Compared with plain foil, its cooling efficiency is improved by about 5. %, which is a more ideal air-conditioning cooling material. After the hydrophilic aluminum foil is used for a period of time, the hydrophilic properties of the surface will be affected by various environmental factors. Therefore, the hydrophilic performance is generally divided into the initial hydrophilicity and the hydrophilicity after the environmental resistance test.

The hydrophilic performance is determined by the angle formed by the water sticking to the surface of the aluminum foil. The initial hydrophilicity requirements of general products are a<100, and the hydrophilicity requirements after the environmental resistance test are a<250.

Aluminum foil 1100, 3003 and 8011 with tempers of O, H22, H24 and H26. 1100 aluminum foil has the characteristics of high plasticity, good corrosion resistance, good electrical and thermal conductivity, good formability and certain strength.

3003 aluminum foil has better strength. It mainly has good formability. The structure and properties of Haomei aluminum foil must be uniform, with few metallurgical defects and small anisotropy. At the same time, it requires high strength, good ductility, uniform thickness and good flatness.

8011 aluminum foil for air conditioner is added with Al-Fe-Si element, the tensile strength is 125~165, the yield strength is 110, and the elongation is 2-5. It is usually used as bottle cap material ( wine bottle caps, cosmetic bottle caps, beverage bottle caps), pharmaceutical packaging, food packaging, air conditioner foil and industrial aluminum foil.
