PTP aluminum foil

Compared to PTP aluminum foil, alu alu base foil is a "protective armor" tailored for high-end drugs. Cold-formed aluminum foil is a composite material with good forming properties, usually composed of aluminum foil, plastic layer and adhesive layer. It does not need to be heated, but only needs to be stamped by a mold at room temperature, and then heat-sealed with the aluminum foil cover material.

This unique forming method makes cold-formed aluminum foil have stronger barrier properties and mechanical strength, and can better protect environmentally sensitive drugs such as vaccines and biological agents. In addition, cold-formed aluminum foil packaging can also be customized according to the shape and specifications of the drug, which not only improves the beauty of the drug, but also effectively prevents the drug from being squeezed and damaged during transportation and storage, providing all-round protection for the drug.

Tropical aluminum foil

As the name suggests, tropical aluminum foil is a special medicinal aluminum foil designed for tropical and subtropical high temperature and high humidity environments. Based on ordinary aluminum foil, this type of aluminum foil has further enhanced moisture resistance, mildew resistance and corrosion resistance through special coating treatment and composite process.
In tropical areas, high temperature and high humidity environments can easily cause medicines to deteriorate, while tropical aluminum foil can form a solid barrier to effectively isolate external moisture and corrosive gases, ensuring that medicines remain stable in harsh environments. Therefore, tropical aluminum foil is often used for packaging medicines exported to tropical areas, as well as medicines stored and transported in high temperature and high humidity environments, providing reliable protection for the quality and safety of medicines in special environments.
