Aluminum fol for induction sealing

The electromagnetic induction aluminum foil sealing film is composed of cardboard, aluminum foil, adhesive, sealing film, etc., and the thermal adhesive layer is sealed with the bottle mouth by means of non-contact heating with an electromagnetic induction sealing machine. After induction heating, the pad paper is separated, and the aluminum foil sealing layer is sealed with the bottle mouth to achieve the effect of sealing.

It is widely used for sealing and packaging of pesticides, medicines, health products, beverages, office consumables, cosmetics and other products. It is applicable to those containers: PET, PE, PC, PP, PS, PVC, glass bottles, etc.

Aluminum foil is a hot stamping material that is directly rolled from metal aluminum into thin sheets. 1235 and 8011 aluminum foil are often used. Aluminum foil has good sealing performance and good impermeability. The surface of the aluminum foil is clean and will not grow or adhere to bacteria, meeting hygiene and environmental standards.
