3. Aluminum packaging foil is soft tempered with a thickness of 0.02-0.05 mm.

4. The thickness of aluminum blister foil is usually 0.012-0.025 mm.

5. Aluminum cold forming foil is soft tempered with a thickness of 0.045-0.06 mm.

The pinhole requirement for aluminum foil for medicinal and health food is that the pinhole with a diameter of 0.1-0.3mm should not exceed 1/m2. Since the pinhole in the aluminum foil is a penetrating defect, the health food and medicine will be reduced or deteriorated by oxygen, water vapor and light, so the pinhole requirement is very strict; in addition, if the thickness of the aluminum foil exceeds the required deviation (10%), it will affect the coating amount of the adhesive layer and the protective layer.
