Secondly, it boasts stable composite performance. Its smooth, even surface and uniform tension enhance adhesion to adhesives and plastic films. The resulting layers adhere tightly, preventing bubbling and delamination, effectively improving the overall structural strength and lifespan of the packaging.
Thirdly, it exhibits low production losses. It is less prone to tape breakage and wrinkling during the entire process of slitting, printing, bag making, and heat sealing. The edges are smooth, and the sealing performance is stable, significantly reducing the scrap rate and making it suitable for large-scale industrial production.
Fourthly, it is durable and damage-resistant, able to withstand external forces such as compression, friction, and minor punctures during transportation and use, continuously and stably maintaining its barrier protection effect.
3. Applications of 1235 Aluminum Foil Flexible Packaging
In the food industry, it can be used for freshness-locking packaging of dried goods such as milk powder, tea, and nuts, as well as high-temperature retort pouches for cooked foods and braised dishes. It is also suitable for composite packaging of various snack foods.
